What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

Setety primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept direct credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All transactions are processed in USD (US Dollars). If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the applicable conversion rate based on the currency you select on our website.

Do you offer instalment payment options (3 or 4 times)?

Yes, we offer the option to pay in 3 instalments. You will be able to select this payment option at checkout.

How do I change or modify my order?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us via our Support Centre.

Please note that we can only help you modify your order before shipment. Once your package has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order, or the email may have been sent to your spam or junk folder.
